Assistance and GDPR consulting

Assistance and consultancy services aimed at adjusting and maintaining the rules introduced by EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter "GDPR") concerning data protection, effective from 25 May 2018 are structured on several stages:
  • Collection and mapping of information necessary for correct analysis of the customer's business processes, subject to the rules aimed at the date protection as regulated by the GDPR
  • Elaboration of a gap analysis document, aimed at highlighting the deviations from the Client's current business processes, both under the technical profile both from an organizational point of view, with respect to the prescriptions of the GDPR
  • Development of the plan to adapt to the GDPR standards for the achievement regulatory compliance in the shortest possible time, compatibly with the complexity of the reference company organization
  • Maintenance, consultancy aimed at monitoring the maintenance of the plan over time by the Customer

The software modules developed by exacoding integrate standard open source libraries, selected and tested and are made in accordance with the most updated architectural design patterns.
